Compass for Joy is a co-led experience by Katonah Yoga teacher Alyssa and somatic coach Kayla, designed to help you establish inner alignment so you can access more joy in your everyday life. Through grounding Katonah practices and theory, paired with the deep listening of somatic inquiry, Alyssa and Kayla will guide you through practical tools and embodied rituals that reconnect you to your center, so you can navigate life with greater clarity, presence, and ease.
